This installment was kind of all over the place for me. The story did progress, but I was often left wondering why some of the events were taking place. By the end of the book, it became a major detractor from the story.
We finally get the series introduction to Dracula in this book and I have to say I did like the portrayal of him! I do hope to see more of him!
Bones and Cat go through a lot in this book, and I enjoyed the highs and lows both. That being said, it didn't feel as strong as the other books in the series. Cat comes up with a very inventive way for dealing with the Tate situation, and I liked her thinking! It will be interesting to see how things pan out!
All things considered, it wasn't a bad installment, but not the greatest of what I've read so far.
