It has been a while since I read a Spindle Cove novel, and this was a refreshing change for me!
I loved Diana as a heroine, for while she may have been beautiful on the outside, it extended to her inside manner as well. I did enjoy watching her stand up for herself, and blossom into a self-reliant woman.
Aaron was the perfect foil for Diana and I loved how he appreciated her as she was. I loved his public proposal and how he wanted to be more for her than he was.
In short, this was a great addition to the series and was an enjoyable way to revisit the setting.
