Having previously enjoyed the other books in this series, I have to say that I was rather disappointed by this installment. Decker and Miranda were both annoying main characters that couldn't grow up and admit their attraction to one another. They also were not good at communicating with one another, so much of the conflict in the story stemmed from that inability, making the conflict feel trite and shallow. The only things that redeemed this story was the minor suspense plot and the ongoing plot threads from previous stories. Just wasn't quite a 4 star read for me.
