Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix

Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix - Mary GrandPré, J.K. Rowling Having read this several times and watched the movie almost as many times, one would think I would get tired of rereading this, but I haven't! This one does drag in spots, but does eventually pick up in pace. We get to see some major growth and maturity from Harry, as well as major loss and heartache. What shines through here is how much the writing made me loathe some of the characters! I ended up cheering at some of the later events of the book! Events for the overall arc are starting to come to a head and the support of friends means more than ever. While some topics may be a bit advanced for younger readers, it is still an engrossing and interesting read.
