The bad thing about series that go on as long as the In Death one has is that you can't discuss the books without being repetitive or going too much into spoiler territory. However, I have to say that this book was awesome! I found myself crying for the last third of the book! The mystery angle was a bit weak, but engrossing nonetheless. I loved seeing how everyone rallied around Eve and how we got to see just how strong she really was, as well as how stubborn her nature really was. I truly needed what this book gave me, as I read it while I was in the middle of another book that was really dragging for me. This book took the tricky subject of organ harvesting and the "fountain of youth" and gave us something to consider, even in this day and age! I immediately wanted to read the next book in the series!
